Editorial Policy & Standards
How we research, write, review and update the guides that help you borrow smarter.
How we create our content
Every guide on RupeeQuik is researched against primary sources — Reserve Bank of India (RBI) circulars, official lender websites, published rate cards and credit-bureau documentation. We write in plain language for Indian borrowers and avoid jargon, sales hype and unrealistic promises. Figures such as interest rates, fees and eligibility criteria are illustrative ranges and always subject to the lender’s current policy at the time you apply.
Editorial independence
RupeeQuik earns referral fees from its banking and NBFC partners when a customer successfully takes a product. This commercial relationship never decides what we recommend in our content. Guides are written to help you choose the lowest total cost and best-fit product for your situation — not to favour any partner. We clearly separate editorial guidance from product listings.
Accuracy & fact-checking
Before publishing, each article is checked for factual accuracy, internal consistency and compliance with RBI fair-practice norms. Claims about rates, charges, taxation or eligibility are verified against the relevant official source. Where rules differ by lender, we say so rather than over-generalising.
Authors & review
Content is produced by the RupeeQuik content team and reviewed by our editorial team before publication. Reviewers check that guidance is current, balanced and regulation-aligned. Author and review credits appear on every article.
Updates & freshness
Lending is a fast-moving space. We periodically review guides and refresh rates, rules and examples when policies change. Each article shows its published and last-updated dates so you know how current the information is.
Corrections
If you spot an error, email us at support@rupeequik.com and we will review it promptly. Material corrections are made transparently and the article’s updated date is revised.
Not financial advice. RupeeQuik’s guides are for general information only and are not personalised financial, tax or legal advice. Always confirm current terms with the lender and consider your own circumstances before borrowing. Loans are subject to lender approval.
